Pressure Reducing Station

• High quality components are used which ensure reliability of the system. These are also engineered, designed and fabricated at STEAMTECH and duly hydro tested before dispatch.

  • Standard steam boilers are usually designed to operate at 3.5 to 100 bar steam pressure, whereas process heating requires low steam pressure. Process work-load often require operation of steam boilers at high pressure. (Entire Unit is offered with IBR certificate).

    • Low steam pressure for utility is therefore obtained through pressure reducing stations, consisting of pressure reducing valve, isolation and bypass valves, filters and steam traps.
